Rustic Cottage White Cabinet....

We found this great cabinet on CL.
Hubby thought it was a little rough
but I loved all the details.
So, she came home with us. Tom
glued her up and made new drawer bottoms. She received a fresh coat of cottage white paint
and then some distressing on all the her fabulous moldings.
See what I mean about those details?! New hardware
painted and glazed to
look old!
She's already to go to her new home,
and be put to good use in Lindsay's Kitchen!
I so love when we find something that is
really rough that can be brought back to life!

Blessings~

  3. Love this! I have a dresser that I got that is very similar. I painted it and put it in my entryway. It has the same curved drawer, but with one cabinet door below. Here is the post with the dresser. http://www.thehousecreative.com/2010/09/vintage-dresser-before-and-after.html
