A wonderful lady from my town called and asked if I would like to purchase her buffet. The legs had been cut off and replaced with huge casters...
We stripped the top and stained it with an oak finish. Painted her black with medium distressing.
The hardware got a new coat of silver and then an antiquing glaze over that.
This piece has the coolest caddy, that slide both ways and lifts out!
Needless to say my client loved it!
Blessings~

ReplyDeleteYou did a great job on a really awesome piece!
ReplyDeleteThe piece looks great. What brand of black paint did you use? I am originally from Napoleon, but now live in Cincinnati, also painting furniture.
